Who is Eligible?

All full-time associates working a minimum of 30 hours per week along with their dependents.  Dependent(s):

Legal Spouse
If your spouse has available coverage through their employer, they must enroll in that coverage to be eligible for ATG coverage in addition to completing an affidavit.

Children
Your natural/legally adopted/ stepchildren to age 26 for medical and through age 18 for dental and vision unless enrolled as a full-time student. Unmarried dependent children who are mentally or physically disabled may also be covered.
